We have now been in West Yellowstone and visiting the Park for almost a week. Monday the 17th we explored the little town of West Yellowstone. It has a very nice little train museum and information center. Dave spent time at one of the local fishing stores getting the 411 on the fishing. He spent Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday fly fishing in the park. I went Wednesday but it was too and forgive my French freaking cold!! We don’t get this cold in winter in SW Florida. But on the plus side our RV is nice and cozy.

We have a map of the USA on the side of the RV and every time we enter a new state we get to put that sticker in place so since we are camp about a mile from the Idaho border we decided to take a little excursion into Idaho. I read online that the best root beer floats were just up the road a bit. Well more like 40 miles but what is 40 miles after traveling about 2600 miles.

Last night it snowed and closed two of the passes in Yellowstone so we had to modify our trip today, but it still was beautiful ( kind of like Christmas) and we saw more buffalo and some Elk. Enjoy the pictures!

Swallows at the Train Museum

Dave struggling to put on his rubber waders. For my diving buds they are just like our wetsuits only with full booties.

Thought he might fall on his butt, but he never did.
He could care less I was there.
Winter wonderland through the windshield of the Jeep.

Beau and Bailey went with us today.

This is Upper Falls and is known for it’s green color.
Traffic was backed up for miles with this herd by the side of the road.
Luckily there were few cars by this herd so was able to take my time with the pictures.

Hope you are enjoying my pictures and following our adventures!
